What we collect
Your name, email and mailing details; the EOBs, bills and collection notices you upload; the family members, contacts, letters and communications you enter; and a record of activity on your account (for example, when a document is opened).
How we use it
Only to run Medizmo for you: reading your documents, explaining codes, matching bills to EOBs, and writing your letters. We never sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing.
AI document reading
When you add or re-read a document, it is sent securely to an AI service solely to read it and return the details. It is not used to build advertising profiles.
How we protect it
Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your records and files are locked to your account — no other user can see them. You can turn on 2-step sign-in, and you're signed out automatically after 20 minutes without activity. An activity log in Settings shows when documents are viewed, downloaded or changed.
Your choices
You can edit or delete any document at any time. Settings → "Delete my account and all data" permanently removes every file, record and your login.
Legal note
Medizmo is a personal tool you use for your own records; it is not your doctor, hospital or insurer. If we ever learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.
